Knauf Fullspachtel is a cement-based, ready-to-mix dry mix for interior and exterior use. It is suitable for repairing plaster surfaces, masonry, and tiles, as well as for filling facade joints and joints in transparent glass blocks. The cement-based filler is white in color, scratch-resistant, frost- and weather-resistant, and paintable. Surface preparation: The substrate must be smooth, clean, dry, and load-bearing. Prime absorbent surfaces with Knauf Tiefengrund. Mixing and application: Pour the mixture into a mixing bucket with clean water (5 kg + 1.25 liters of water), wait briefly until the mixture settles, and then stir until a uniform consistency is achieved. Let it stand for about 5 minutes, then stir again. The prepared mixture remains workable for about 3 hours. Apply the mixture to the surface with a trowel or roller to the desired thickness. For large holes and cracks, prepare a slightly thicker mixture. Fastening elements secured with the mixture can be loaded once the surface has set (after 24 hours at the earliest). Avoid exposing the fresh surface to direct sunlight and wind.
