Eskaro Vihta Sauna Wax is a water-based wood preservative suitable for protecting and treating wooden surfaces in saunas, washrooms, steam rooms, and changing rooms. It forms a water- and dirt-repellent coating on the wood’s surface, allows the wood to breathe, and preserves the wood’s natural, beautiful color.
Applications:
New, untreated wood surfaces or wood surfaces in saunas that have been stripped of old coatings: sauna benches, sauna seats, walls, ceilings, window frames, doors, moldings, etc. Not suitable for treating previously oiled wood surfaces, unless the oil has completely worn off. For indoor use.
• Coverage: 9–13 m²/l per coat
• Drying time (+20°C...+23°C; RH 50%): dust-dry after 0.5–2 hours, ready for use after 24 hours
