PENOSIL SPEEDFIX HIGH TACK 707 ADHESIVE, 290 ML

Penosil SpeedFix High Tack 707 is a general-purpose, high-strength, high-viscosity elastic adhesive for indoor and outdoor use. The adhesive is characterized by fast drying and virtually no shrinkage, very strong initial tack, excellent UV, weather, and aging resistance; it is free of silicone, isocyanates, and solvents, and does not cause corrosion. The adhesive is white in color and can be painted over.

Applications: Suitable for bonding and sealing in indoor and outdoor environments. Due to its high bond strength, it is used for bonding metal, stone, and wood. The adhesive is designed for ultra-strong bonding in construction, the metalworking industry, mechanical engineering, and other applications where an exceptionally strong bond is required. It adheres well to most building materials, such as wood, brick, concrete, glass, copper, galvanized steel, aluminum, and similar materials. Suitable for bonding panels in RVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles. The adhesive and sealant has good vibration- and noise-dampening properties. Can also be used on damp surfaces.

Conditions of Use: All surfaces must be dry, dust-free, and clean of dirt, grease, oil, and water. Application temperature: +5 °C to +40 °C.

Instructions for Use: The adhesive’s adhesion to the surface should be tested beforehand to determine the product’s suitability for the specific materials. Cut off the threaded end of the cartridge and screw on the application tip to direct the adhesive. Cut open the tip along the dotted line at an angle of approximately 45° to create an opening suitable for dispensing. Insert the cartridge with the nozzle into the gun and fill the application nozzle with adhesive by repeatedly pumping the gun’s trigger. To ensure a clean application joint, apply painter’s tape around the part’s intended location before positioning it. Remove the tape immediately after positioning the part. Apply the adhesive to the part and immediately bond it to the substrate. Keep the bonded surfaces under pressure for 2 hours. For critical joints, keep the surfaces under pressure until the adhesive has fully cured.

Cleaning: To remove uncured adhesive, use PENOSIL Premium Cleaning Wipes or organic solvents such as white spirit or acetone. Remove cured adhesive mechanically.

Storage: Guaranteed shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in the original, unopened container in a dry place at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.

Safety Precautions: Ensure adequate ventilation when using the product. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Highly flammable; keep away from ignition sources and open flames, and do not smoke near the product. Keep out of reach of children.
