Kemet RV White Earth Pigment "Maalri" for unplaned wood surfaces. "Maalri" Earth Pigment is a Swedish-style boiled paint for wood surfaces, designed for outdoor use. The paint consists of natural binders (linseed oil and flour) and pigments, and is water-based. It is safe both during and after application. This is a highly environmentally friendly product. The paint is suitable for use on new and old sawn surfaces such as wooden facades, wooden fences, and other wooden structures. It can also be used to refresh the paint finish on surfaces previously coated with earth paint. With its excellent weather resistance, the earth-based paint does not crack or peel but wears away gradually over time. The most important factor affecting the paint coating is moisture movement within the wood. Thanks to its breathable surface, the earth-based paint does not prevent the wood from getting wet, but at the same time allows it to dry out again. Coverage is 4–5 L/m², and drying time is 4 hours. Packaged in 11 kg containers.
