Lukustuspolt aitab ära hoida lipuvarda pöörlemise hoidikus ja raskendab lipuvarda vargust. Toru spetsiaalselt töödeldud ots võimaldab lipuvarrast kergesti hoidikusse sisestada. Seinakinnitusplaadi välismõõdud on 150 x 300 mm ja kaldenurk on 50 kraadi. Kaal on 1,8 kg.
