Makita akunurklihvija GA023GZ on reguleeritava kiirusega - võimalik valida viie erineva kiiruse vahel. Nurklihvijal on aktiivse tagasiside tehnoloogia – lülitab mootori välja kui kasutatava tarviku pöörlemine ootamatult seiskub. Kaitsetehnoloogia XPT (eXtreme Protection Technology) kaitseb seadet väljas või rasketes oludes töötades täiustatud kaitsega tolmu ja niiskuse eest. Suurt vastupidavust on täiustatud mootorit toetavate suurte kuullaagritega ja seadmel on uue kujundusega lüliti, mis vähendab kontaktväsimust. Sujuva käivitumise funktsioon pidurdab käivitumisreaktsiooni, et seade käivituks sujuvalt ja ülekandemehhanismi kasutusiga oleks pikem. Külgkäepideme saab paigaldada kasutajale mugavalt seadme mõlemale küljele. Ketta kate kaitseb kasutajat purunenud ketta või detaili juhusliku laialipaiskumise eest ketta katte minimaalse liikumisega. Lõikeketta läbimõõt on 125 mm, pöörlemiskiirus 3000 - 8500 p/min. Komplekti kuulub 2 x 4 Ah 40 V Max XGT akut ja kohver.
